By accessing and using ReceiptRipper, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

ReceiptRipper provides users with an automated AI receipt tracking service via WhatsApp. Including, but not limited to, data extraction, and Google Sheets integration.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service and by agreeing to these Terms, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and phone number that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReceiptRipper, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
